Mr. Dunham began his career in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in the investment banking group with a focus on telecommunications. He then worked for Lipco Partners, a firm with approximately $4 billion of assets under management in three different hedge funds. After that, he was recruited to Emigrant Capital, a private equity fund within a single family office. He then was a partner at a $4.5 billion multi-family office where he was a partner and portfolio manager. Mr. Dunham was then recruited to be the Chief Investment Officer at Alternative Capital Advisors where he allocated capital to alternative strategies for family offices and institutional investors. Most recently, Mr. Dunham was a Managing Director and Head of Allocations for Hywin Capital Management, a $15 billion Asian institutional investor.
Mr. Dunham is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He has earned is CFA, CAIA, CMT, QFA, and CIC designations and has a certificate in structured products. He is on the investment committee for the COTE endowment and was formerly the CIO for the Carter Burden Network where he is also a board member on a volunteer basis.
